Sort the Search Results
You can sort the search results that are displayed in the Search results pane in multiple ways to more easily find what you are looking for. You can combine sorting your search results with:
When you enter a search term, the results are sorted by Relevancy by default. In this case, no column sorting is applied, and the results are ordered based on how closely they match your search term. Next, sort any column by selecting the arrow in the column header to display the data in ascending or descending order.
By default, your selected sorting options are cleared when you log out. However, if you enable Repeat last executed search when I log in under your user settings, your sorting preferences are saved and automatically applied the next time you log in.
To sort the search results

Click the column header (Name, Status ,Model, Displays, Created by, Created on, Executed on) to start sorting.
- Select the sorting option by which you want to order your search results.

Sorting option Description Name Find items by display/object name. Model Organize by model type. Displays Sort by display count. Created By Filter by creator. Created on Date (oldest/newest) .
Find recently created items.Executed on Date (oldest/newest).
Identify last-executed searches.Status Status value order. Track execution status. The order of the search results is updated immediately.
