Validating a Dashboard
This functionality is only available if you have sufficient privileges. Your privileges are maintained by your system administrator in the IT Management Console.
To validate a Dashboard
Execute the Dashboard and click

In the drop-down list, turn validation on. The button changes to
.
Validated Dashboards cannot be changed unless they are unvalidated first. There is one exception to this rule.
If you validated the Dashboard yourself, you can edit it without unvalidating first. You can change everything in the Details pane (Angle) of Dashboards you validated yourself .
Use the Validated filter in the Filter pane on the Search results page to find your validated Dashboards .
