Making a Display Available Externally

You can make a Display available externally using the Gateway driver. Make sure that AnglesGateway is installed on your machine before executing the steps below.

Note:

You cannot set up external access to Displays that belong to Templates. Create an Angle first.

To make a Display available externally

  1. Execute the Angle that contains the Display (see Executing an Angle or Template ). The Angle results page opens.

  2. Find the Display in the Displays pane . If there are many Displays, the Display tab of the Display might not be immediately visible. In that case, click to see the list of available Displays and find your Display there.

  3. On the Details pane (Angle) , click the Display details (Angle) tab.

  4. Select the Available via Gateway checkbox.

  5. Create a (model-wide) unique name for the Display. By default, a combination of the Angle name and Display is suggested, but you can change this identifier to one that you prefer. The identifier can be a maximum of 128 characters long, and it may only contain alphanumeric characters, numbers, and underscores.

  6. In the Action bar , click to save the Display .

You can also save the entire Angle and all the Displays it contains in one go. Click the caret of the Save Display button ( ) and select Save all .
