Search in a Display

You can search the data that a Display contains.

To search inside a Display

  1. Execute the Angle that contains the Display (see Executing an Angle or Template ). The Angle results page opens.

  2. Find the Display in the Displays pane . If there are many Displays, the Display tab of the Display might not be immediately visible. In that case, click to see the list of available Displays and find your Display there.

  3. In the Action bar, click Search icon. The Find dialog box opens.

  4. Edit the search options:

    • Text to find - Enter the text (fragment) that you want to locate.

    • Options - Select if the search should be case-sensitive.

    • Scope - Select if you want to search the entire Display or only the specified field.

    • Direction - Select if you want to search forward or backward.

    • Origin - Select if you want to start the search from the cursor position or if you want to search the entire scope.

  5. Click OK. The search is performed and if your search text is found, the first search result is highlighted in the Display. Click OK again to move to the next search result. You can edit the search results again if necessary.

  6. Click Cancel or Delete icon to close the Find dialog box and return to the Display.
