Angle Management in EA4IT

Manage the Angles, Templates, Displays, and Dashboards in the EA4IT model, to identify unused items and gain insight into detailed information about Angles. You can get an understanding of what information is present and how it is used. Following are some of the important fields that can give you relevant insights:

Available Templates

Here is a list of Templates available in the EA4IT model for analyzing Angle data:

Sample Use case: Cleanup of unused Angles

An admin user would like to know which Angles have not been used for more than a year. By knowing who created the Angle, the admin user can contact them to have the Angles cleaned up.

To check which Angles have not been used for more than a year

1. Open TemplateAngles.

   The Basic List view appears. The column Created by already provides some insight.

2. Click + in the top-left corner of the Basic List to add a new field.

   The Insert column window appears.

3. Select Last executed on and click Insert column.

   The column will be added to the far right of the Basic List. Optionally, you can change its position by dragging it.

4. Click on the column header of Last executed on and select Add filter.

5. Add date filters and click OK.

   The result shows which Angles have not been used since the specified date filters and by whom they were created.
