Web Server Settings

With the Web Server settings you can configure settings concerning the web server.

General settings

Description

Application Server timeout

When data is requested from the Application Server, a timeout will occur after this number of seconds. The user will have to request the data again.

Show item ID's

Angle, Display and Dashboard IDs are automatically generated.

  • Check this field if you want to show these IDs in the General tab of the item details window and allow users to change these IDs.

  • Deselect this field if you do not want to show the IDs. Users will not be able to change them. This way the automatically generated IDs are always used.

Items in mass change

The maximum number of items that can be selected for a mass change. The maximum number is 1800.

Angles on dashboard

The maximum number of Angles that can be added to a Dashboard.

Dashboard refresh interval [minutes]

Interval between an automatic check of the model instance on the Dashboard page.

Google Analytics ID

The ID you receive from Google Analytics, when using this service. Leave this field empty if you do not use Google Analytics.

Enable Go to SAP

Select this field to enable the Go to SAP feature.

When selected, users will be able to download the SAP Launcher, which is necessary to use the feature.

Description

Show uri in error popup

Select this field to show the URI of the request causing the error. The URI will be shown in the error popup window.

Enable optimizations

This is a debug setting.

When selected, all javascript code is optimized and thus unreadable. When not selected, all javascript code is sent to the Web Client in a readable form and can be used for browser debugging.

Max logfiles

The maximum number of .csl log files. When the number of log files exceeds this maximum, the oldest log file will be deleted.

Max size of logfile (MB)

The maximum size of a log file. When a log file size exceeds this maximum, logging will continue in a new log file.
