Refresh Cycle Results

To check the results of the refresh cycle

  1. Open a web browser and browse to the IT Management Console. The address of the IT Management Console is the FQDN of the Angles for SAP Web Server.

  2. Log in on the IT Management Console with your insightsoftware Platform account.

  3. Navigate to Models > [Your Model Name]. The Model status overview is displayed in the right-hand pane.

  4. Review the status of the Angles for SAP Servers and check the Model date of the system.

    SUPPORT_Date

    The Model date should be equal to the date and time when the SAP Extraction process was started. If the Model date of the system is incorrect, an issue may have occurred during the refresh cycle. Contact the Angles for SAP Service Desk to solve the issue
